Dear Valued Clients, Welcome to KAL Psychological Services. Thank you for choosing us and we are honored to serve you to the best of our capability. Carefully read the below rules and regulations before the commencement of therapeutic sessions.
Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, in-person, or through our website.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s time. Yet you will be charged a full session fee.
- If you cannot attend a scheduled session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
- If you miss a session due to an emergency or unforeseen event, please inform us during your next visit.
- Our center will be booking a secured schedule specifically for you when you deposit a monthly session fee.
- If you miss three consecutive sessions without notifying us, we will consider the planned sessions terminated, assuming you have chosen to discontinue therapy.
Emergency Situations
- If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, please go to your nearest emergency room. Our services are not intended for emergency situations.

- At our center, we are committed to providing quality service. Your feedback is invaluable to us. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please feel free to reach out to us. You can also speak directly with our Managing Director for any specific concerns.
