The currency for all transactions is ETB unless expressly stated otherwise by Kal Psychological Services.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, you shall notify us immediately in the event of any failed transaction or if you face or encounter any technical problems associated with the Website or its use.

If any transaction is found to be incorrect, unauthorized, or fraudulent, the payment (and any related payments) may be reversed and payments shall remain due. Payment is not accepted (not deemed made) until the funds have been cleared and such clearance has been confirmed by Kal Psychological Services.

Refunds of any payments (if any) made through the Website are subject to the terms and conditions of the Document. Any duplicate or excess payments received will be adjusted against future/subsequent invoices at Kal Psychological Services’s exclusive discretion. TERMS OF ADVERTISEMENTS OUTSIDE Ethiopia

All purchases shall be in USD, regardless of whether the corresponding advertisements are in other currencies. Please note that, due to currency fluctuations the amounts listed on Kal Psychological Services advertisements in currencies other than ETB may be lower or higher at the time of signing or reviewing of any relevant Document, offering, or correspondence.

We recommend contacting a Kal Psychological Services  Centre to obtain written confirmation of the purchase price in USD. It shall be your responsibility to obtain and retain this written evidence.

All purchases and/ or other transactions shall be subject to signing a separate Document(s) with its own terms and conditions. The amount stated otherwise, in writing, by Kal Psychological Services at their exclusive discretion.
